Neqtiq.com is supported and maintained by Neqtiq Stores Ltd, We are based in Oxfordshire, UK and stock top brand products at reasonable prices, we endeavor to beat any genuine competitor price hence the tag line “unbeatable value”.
Neqtiq reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. No contract exists between you and Neqtiq for the sale of any goods until Neqtiq has received and accepted your order and payment in full (in cleared funds).
Our Prices are checked regularly, however if we find the price has changed when we receive your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed or cancel your order and get you funds refunded. Orders with Neqtiq The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown on our website at the time you place your order. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only and the actual product you receive may differ from the image displayed on the website.
Descriptions are provided for customer convenience only and the customer is responsible for verifying their accuracy prior to purchase. Unless there is a mistake in the title or manufacturer part number, all returns due to incorrect descriptions will be treated as a customer error and will be subject to a return's authorisation.
Some products require a minimum order quantity these are items such as fuses that come in packs, unusually this will be made clear in the description if this is not the case we will contact you after placing an order with us.
For our customers paying by CARD If you change your mind after placing an order and payment needs to be refunded there might be currency change losses due to conversion from GBP back to USD, Our payment gateway (STRIP) may also apply processing fee. This is not applicable to Paypal payment.
Neqtiq needs to be contacted by customer within 14 calendar days if a return is requested on grounds of incorrect descriptions. Also the product must be in brand new condition. If the product purchased by the customer does not match the description made by manufacturer or importer, Neqtiq can not and will not be responsible for such statement or any changes made to that statement .
All products are subject to availability, if once we receive customer's order, the product is not available in stock, We will contact the customer as soon as possible and refund the customer any sum that has been paid.
Neqtiq ensures that all products are delivered on time, however we do not accept liability for goods delivered on an unspecified day. Neqtiq liability is limited to the invoiced value of the relevant order placed with us. Neqtiq.com accepts SagePay, PayPal and Amazon when you order online. We employ Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) data encryption technology to ensure your personal information and identity is protected. When required we can setup a 30 day payment term credit account subject to checks.
We deliver to majority of American states, prices can be found on our Delivery & Return Page, this delivery prices are subject to any additional bulky carriage charges. we will contact you should any additional carriage charge apply, at which point you will have the opportunity to cancel the order if you wish so. Our Dispatched schedule are simple: most products ordered before Noon (Mon-Thur) are dispatched the next day. Orders processed on Friday are dispatched on Monday or Tuesday upon successful payment confirmation unless otherwise specify.
Neqtiq makes every effort to deliver your order within the time stated. However, due to certain unforeseen circumstances, slight delay in deliveries might occur, Neqtiq will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late or delayed delivery. If Neqtiq can not deliver your order for reasons beyond our control, We will contact you and notify this as soon as possible. If you fail to take delivery of the product, We may return the product to our warehouse or fulfilment centre where at least 15% restocking fee will be charged.
If the customer wish to have the item sent back to them a redelivery cost will be charged before resending the item. If you have changed your mind about any item ordered and wishes to return it, you can do so, according to the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR). Customers must notify us their decision within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned. Items should be returned complete in their original packaging.
Item must NOT have the manufacturer's seal broken/opened. We will refund customer total amount paid for product in full less any delivery charges. Refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned product. Customer will have to bear the cost for returning the goods to the Supplier. If the customer wishes to return the item after 14 days and before 30days of receiving it, this is subject to approval and at least 15% restocking/administration fee may be applied Customer do not have the right to return an item if this is for example a computer software which has been unsealed by the customer, except where a fault is discovered which could not have been discovered otherwise than by unsealing the goods. This applies to a selected number of the other goods which cannot be resold as new once seal or packaging has been broken.
Please contact us if you wish to verify whether your goods fall into this category. Customer will have to bear the cost for returning the goods to the Supplier. Faulty Item on Arrival If the item received is faulty or damaged, customer has 14 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault.
We will ask the customer to return suspected faulty items to us for inspection and we possibly refund them a reasonable postage cost. Once verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund. If the item is found not faulty, it will be returned to the customer in which case the customer must pay for carriage. Products found to be faulty after 14 working days of purchase, will only be repaired.
We will ask the customer to return suspected faulty items to us for inspection and we possibly refund them a reasonable postage cost. If repair is not possible, they will be replaced with the same product or one with equivalent features or price. If the item purchased is within its warranty period, customer is entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend our customers use in order to correct the fault quickly.
For warranty repairs after 14 days of receipt refer directly to the manufacturer (unless otherwise stated). Wrong item received. If the item received by customer is not what customer originally ordered from Neqtiq, customer has 14 calendar days in which to inform us of this mistake. We will ask the customer to return the wrong item received and we will issue an exchange upon receiving the wrong item from the customer. Items must be returned to us in pristine new condition and unopened unsealed package.
Neqtiq can possibly refund the customer a reasonable postage cost. Customer do not have the right to return an item if this is for example a computer software which has been unsealed by the customer. If customer wishes to return a wrong item after 14 days of receiving it, customer can do so, but a least 15% administration fee will be charged. After 30 days of receiving a wrong item, customer has NO right to return the item for an exchange or refund. Need to return an item?.
